Shipping Conditions

1. Registration

 

1.1. Ordering does not require registration. Registration enables the customer to get information on how the order is proceeding and product information of new products. The order can be placed without registering. In connection with the first order the customer shall:
a) register as customer to Reittipiste Finland Oy list of customers by stating her/his name and other required information.
b) ) Give her/his consent for registering the personal data in the list of customers. The customer information of Reittipiste Finland Oy is confidential. Reittipiste Finland Oy commits it self not to reveal the information to any third party outside the company.

1.2. The customer should perform with accuracy and care when using the web-shop.

2. Legal validity of the order

2.1. The contact between the parties is maintained either by e-mail or mail . The customer commits him self to observe his e-mail in order to receive the order confirmation.

2.2. A binding agreement of purchase comes into effect when Reittipiste Finland Oy has submitted the order confirmation by e-mail.

2.3. The customer has the right to cancel the order completely or partially before delivery of the goods has taken place, by e-mail, mail or by phone. The goods are considered delivered when the customer has received a part of the delivery or notification of delivery from the post office.

2.4. When the customer has placed the order Reittipiste Finland Oy has no right to change the terms of the agreement.

2.5 If the availability of a product has ceased or is unreasonably delayed, we preserve the right to cancel the order partially in order to speed up the delivery. Reittipiste Finland Oy always informs the customer of any changes. If the product that can not be delivered is already paid for, Reittipiste Finland Oy will as soon as possible return the payment.

3. Prices and Shipping charges

3.1. The price in force is the price on the product on the web site of Reittipiste Finland Oyeittipiste that is available to anyone. The currency of the price in force is Euro (EUR). Reittipiste Finland Oy preserves the right to change prices.

3.2. The shipping fee will be added to the invoice of the order. For export deliveries a shipping fee will be charged according to Reittipiste Finland Oy shopping basket system.

4. Delivery time

4.1. If the goods ordered are available at stock, the estimated time of delivery in Finland is between two and five (2-5) workdays. If the desired color or size is not available in stock, the delivery time will between seven to ten (7-10) workdays. We preserve the right to possibly longer times of delivery.

4.2. If the delivery is requested for a specific date it has to be notified in connection with the order. With regard to deliveries Reittipiste Finland Oy will act according to the customers request as far as it is reasonably possible.

4.3. If the purchase consists of goods with different time of delivery, the goods will shipped according to the latest time of delivery.

4.4. Reittipiste Finland Oy performs domestic and overseas shipments. All shipments of Reittipiste Finland Oy are generally delivered through Itella Post Corporation if not otherwise agreed between the customer and Reittipiste Finland Oy.

4.5. If the availability of a product has ceased or is unreasonably delayed (over 4 weeks), we preserve the right to cancel the order partially in order to speed up the delivery.

4.6. The estimated time of delivery for overseas shipment with in EU is approx. 7-15 days, outside EU approx. 1-3 weeks. Estimated delivery time (days) to Australia 6-9, Indonesia 9, Hongkong 8, New Zealand 8, Singapore 6, Japan 6-9, San Marino 8, South Africa 8, Taiwan 9, Turkey 6-8, United Arab Emirates 10.

5. Terms of payment, overseas shipment

5.1. Methods of payment:

a) Payment by credit card. The payment is made in a protected and safe environment specified by Luottokunta (1 . The customer will be notified of the payment.

b) Invoice for Finnish customers

6. Return Policies, Exchange

6.1. The customer has the right to return unused products within 30 days from the date when the goods are received excluding the day of receiving. The returned product and packaging shall essentially be in the shape as when received. If the product is damaged or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes, please return the product with information if a replacement or return of payment is requested. In either case, the copy of the invoice received at the purchase shall ALLWAYS be attached to the returned product.
6.2. When returning a product, please include a free-form letter with description of the fault or damage and with your request of replacement or your account number for the return of payment.
6.3. The customer is requested to make a notification of return by e-mail to info(at)reittipiste.fi prior to the return. The customer is entitled to return the product with out charge by “customer-return” at the post office. Foreign returns are charged. Inform the post office clerk about the “customer-return”. The return address is: CUSTOMER-RETURN/ASIAKASPALAUTUS, Reittipiste Finland Oy, Pihlajatie 2, 96190 ROVANIEMI, FINLAND.
6.4. The return of payment will take place within 30 day, assuming the account number is informed the COPY OF INVOICE is attached. If the copy of invoice is missing a fee of EUR 5,00 will be charged.

7. Damage caused by transport

7.1. Sometimes, despite of careful packing, the parcel can be damaged in the mail. It is therefore recommended that the parcel is examined in presence of a post office clerk. If the parcel and/or the product are damaged by transport, immediately make a claim of damage at the post office. After the claim is made please contact our customer service for arranging a delivery of replacement.

8. Complaint

8.1. If the customer has received incorrect product, the product is damaged etc. Reittipiste Finland Oyshould be informed in a reasonable period of time, either by e-mail to info(at)reittipiste.fi or by mail to Reittipiste Finland Oy, Pihlajatie 2, 96190 ROVANIEMI, FINLAND The wrong or damaged product can be returned to Reittipiste Finland Oy without charge according to the instructions in paragraph 6. Prior to the return of the product Reittipiste Finland Oyshall be informed as above. When Reittipiste Finland Oy has received the returned product a replacement will be shipped without delay.
8.2. In case of a complaint, Reittipiste Finland Oy is obliged to repair the product if possible. If the repair is not possible the customer has the possibility to get a new product or to have the money returned. Faulty products are always returned to the manufacturer or import company for evaluation. Because of the above procedure the handling of a complaint can take 2-4 weeks.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. The Seller shall not be liable for a failure to perform its obligations hereunder in full or in part caused by force majeure events such as war, acts of nature, strikes, prohibited import or export authorities' decisions or revolutions, traffic disorder and/or other circumstances which occurred after the agreement of the terms herein.
9.2. If a certain product is discontinued or isn’t available in a reasonable period of time (over 4 weeks) Reittipiste Finland Oy reserves the right to cancel parts of the order in order to speed up the delivery.

10. Resolving disputes

10.1. Any dispute arising under or pursuant to this agreement shall be controlled by the Finnish law.
