The easiest way the find out what the product price is including shipping and ALL expences is to simply add the product(s) to the shopping cart and select your country. After selecting your country you can see all prices with proper VAT / tax handling for your country.

Our web shop works like the most other web shops operating by principle of shopping baskets. If you have no previous experience of web shopping we recommend that you read this instructions before you enter our product pages. It is most important for you to know, before you start, that your connection is very secure. Our site is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected and we have the approval from banks and Luottokunta(1 for a secure money transfer. When you are on our main-/front page you can open all links in one window. This means that by clicking for example on the “sleeping bag” link on the left menu the whole product page will open in the large window to the right. On the product page you can again click on any product you desire to have a closer view and to receive more specific information.

The structure of the shop

All products are grouped into product groups to make the use easier, as in a traditional shop. You can view a larger picture of any product by clicking on the picture of your choice.

Selecting products

When you have found a product that you will buy, proceed as follows:

• If the product is available in different size or colour, please select as appropriate. You can also select some additional equipment if available for product.
• When your choice is final, click on the “ADD TO BASKET” button
• Select the the desired amount
• Click on the “PROCEED TO CHECK OUT” button or “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button.
• Select the mode of transport and click on the “CONTINUE” button
• If you have already registered you can proceed to check out or if you have not yet registered you can do so by filling the register according to the instructions.
• Select how you want to pay. For deliveries abroad the the method of payment is credit card.

   

  Registering

  To make an order does not require registering. You can proceed directly to check out with out creating a customer account. However, by registering you will get many usefull features. By creating a customer account your shopping will be faster, you will be uppdated with the phases of your order and you can check on your previous orders.If you want you can also receive our News Letter in wich the benefits for registered customers can be found as well as information of new products, etc. The information received in connection with the order will not be reveiled to any third party. Additional information regarding registration can found in conjunction with terms of delivery.

   

  Modes of transport

  • World Zone Rate The product will be delivered to your near-by postal office. After receiving the acknowledgement of arrival you can pick up the delivery. If you have informed us about your mobile phone number we will automatically send you a message with the delivery identifier code. Based on this message you can pick up your delivery only by proving your identity. This will speed up the transfer by 24 hours.

     

  Modes of payment

  • Credit cards You can pay your purchase by Visa, Master Card or American Express. You can also use the Verified by Visa, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard and Secure Code services.
  • Invoice for Finnish customers
  • Overseas shipments will be charged by the actual freight costs.
  • The shopping basket always presents the specific prices of different modes of delivery.

  Luottokunta(1 has, in co-operation with banks launched a new service when the payment is made by Visa. Verified by Visa enables a secure identification that will reduce the risk of both parties in web money transfer environment. Payments by Verified by Visa are associated with the familiar internet banking services net-bank identifier codes and passwords. Using net-bank identifier codes when paying by Verified by Visa compares to signing by the card holder and payment made is conclusive to the card holder. You can establish you Verified by Visa contract through you own bank.

  Verified by Visa services also enables payments with Visa Electron card. The Visa Electron ability is currently available at Nordea, Osuuspankki and Sampo banks.

  Also MasterCard contains the same Secure Code system as Visa. This can also be used for payments. You bank will give you more information of using the cards.

  With Visa and Master Card you can also pay in the traditional manner with out net-bank identifier codes.

  Verified by Visa –The use of Visa identifier services:

  1. The card holder enters the data of his Visa card to the payment form and the digital payment terminal receives and handles the information.

  2. The digital payment terminal automatically checks if the card holder is registrated in the Verfied by Visa –system. If he is not registered the transaction continues from item 5

  3. A window for entering the password will open for the card holder or he will be guided to her/his net-bank for verification of the net-bank identifier codes.

  4. The password and net-bank identifier codes will be verified. If the password and net-bank identifier codes do not match, the procedure of payment is interrupted and the browser will return to the place of sales.

  5.The confirmation of the payment (card data details, total payment etc.) will be certified by the card issuer.

  6. When the data of the card matches, the card is valid and the cover of charge is made, the browser returns to the place of sales for finishing the procedure of payment.
